Zeeland Freight Services, a Michigan-based contract hauler with seven decades of service in the transportation industry, is looking for hard working, dedicated CDL drivers to join our team.
At ZFS, drivers run fleet-maintained tractors and trailers that are regarded as some of the best looking and most dependable rigs on the road. Each of our drivers is assigned their own specific truck and trailer. Our state-of the-art maintenance garage and team of experienced technicians offer 24 hour support.

Our regional drivers normally stay within a 300-mile radius of Zeeland, Mich. We have a core customer base and normally pickup and deliver to the same places every week. Applicants should be willing to spend 1 to 2 nights away from home.
Our drivers travel 2,000 to 2,400 miles per week, and enjoy longer than average weekends (Friday afternoon thru Monday morning).
Average annual wage for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 per year. Drivers are paid 32% of the load revenue, which is 80 to 95 cents per mile. All of this equates to roughly $28 to $35 for every hour worked. We have open positions.
Our tanker drivers enjoy dedicated out and back moves, hauling food grade soybean oil from Zeeland, Mich. Drivers travel 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week. The pay is 32% of the load revenue which is 70 to 85 cents per mile. This also equates to roughly $28 to $32 for every hour worked. We can always use part-time drivers. Pick a schedule that works for you and work as little as one day per week. Pay is $30 per hour to start, with the option of switching to percentage pay.

The position requires a CDL-A license and six months prior driving experience.
